There are many young girls (to be married) and widows spending time idle. They need money but no opportunities. Many of them not interested or not able to go for labour work in the fields. As well some of the widow’s have children, of which become at greater risk of being homeless, living in severe poverty in the slums or streets. Many of the widow’s are surprisingly very you and have barely begun their adult lives by the time they have become widowed.Oftern times these young women feel that they have no way out except Death.

ALCM wants to offer hope to these women by providing a way for them to gain an education and trade in the sewing industry so they can honourably support themselves and their children. When we partner together and provide a way for the widow’s to have a better life and future.
The next alternative plan is to make their time useful by sharpening their interest of work, train them sharpening their skills to work at home to earn more income, improving living conditions, self sustainability, and economic freedom. When young girls get married, they work at their in-laws house to earn money to support their families.
